The strokes of swirls look fancy.
Things I see that needs a bit of work:
Her fingers. They sort of become thin at the end though and that is somewhat strange.
The highlights of the apple. See this: [link]
The lighter parts aren't really curved lines, instead they're more of roundish.
Background part. Somehow the white doesn't really suit it here. Maybe add a gradient? It'd be more interesting.
Text part. It's a nice addition there but why not make it more visible and not too at the edge? Bring it more into the picture and have some outline thing so it's there and more part of the picture.
Shading. Add more. It's cool. I understand that in a white area there would not be much, but it's still there.
Just a bit, but there. And have a mix of soft and hard edged shading.
